She has gone through a full career path at Avallon - from analyst to partner. She specializes in the FMCG industry, and the companies for which she was responsible have so far achieved above-average results (Good Food, Velvet). At the same time, Agnieszka willingly engages in other activities. In cooperation with PSIK, she is responsible, among others, for coordinating the project of workshops for students interested in a career in PE. She is also active in the Level20 organization, which supports increasing the presence of women in the industry.
