In 2022, he successfully managed Innova/7 fundraising process, exceeding more than 60% of the €350 million target in just 10 months, despite the difficult geopolitical & macroeconomic situation. He was also responsible for Innova's highly successful exit from INELO Group, the second-largest transaction of its kind in the region last year. He is actively involved in the development of entrepreneurship in Poland through the PRB (polska Rada Biznesu).
