In October 2024, a fund managed by CVI realised an exit from Nowel, a leading bake-off producer in Poland. CVI invested in a minority stake in Nowel in 2016. During the CVI investment, the Company invested more than PLN 800 mln into organic growth, as a result, revenue increased by 6x and EBITDA by 11x. On exit, CVI achieved a very attractive return of an 8x CoC, translating into almost 30% IRR.
