EY worked on 20 PE/VC transactions in Poland involving current PSIK Full Members, out of which 7 transactions ended with signing an agreement, 12 are ongoing, and 1 has been abandoned. Additionally, EY advised on 7 PE/VC transactions not involving current PSIK Full Members (such as TDJ, Griffin, HIG, Hg),  of which 3 ended with signing an agreement, and the rest are ongoing or abandoned.
