PwC has worked on 20 PE/VC transactions in Poland involving current PSIK members or their portfolio companies, of which 10 transactions have been completed, 5 are in progress, and 5 have not been completed. Additionally, PwC has advised on 8 PE/VC transactions involving companies outside PSIK (including Apax, Arcus Infrastructure, Corsair Capital), of which 5 have been completed and 3 are in progress.
