In 2023, Innova's 30th year of operation in the CEE PE market, the company raised its 7th fund, exceeding its hard cap target of €400 m; invested in 6 new companies (NETOPIA, EMI Group, R-GOL, Pfleiderer,
CloudFerro, Dimark) allocating rapidly nearly 50% of the capital of the latest fund. The company also completed several significant acquisitions (Tołpa, Miya, PEGWAN).
