PwC worked on 4 PE transactions in Poland involving current PSIK Full Members that ended with signing an agreement (7 PE transactions in total, apart from PSIK Full Members also transactions involving Corsair Capital, Clearlake Capital and TDJ Capital). Total number of successful M&A transactions executed by PwC team in 2023 amounted to 17 deals (both PE and strategic investors) with total value of PLN 7.6 bn.
