It has been another busy and successful year for PwC's M&A team, with a total of 20 successful transactions completed, amounting to over PLN 8bn, including 10 high-profile deals with leading private equity firms. These include 5 transactions with PSIK members (such as MCI, ACP, Enterprise Investors, Abris Capital, Syntaxis), as well as deals with other reputable international financial sponsors such as Corsair, H.I.G., and Temasek.
