Trigon has been advising on 3 transactions in the period between 1 March 2023 until 28 Feb 2024. These includes two deals involving PSIK Member - Innova Capital - of which one has been closed and the other awaits fulfilment of conditions precedent. Trigon also performed a capital market transaction selling the entire stake of Giza Polish Ventures in HiProMine.
