Deloitte has worked on — and continues to work on — 6 transactions in Poland, including 4 involving PSIK members (such as the sale of Profi S.A. and supporting the management in growth and equity story development). Additionally, Deloitte has been involved in transactions with non-PSIK members, including the sale of Sportano shares to bValue and advising Sportano's owner.
