OC&C team advised on numerous deals across their core sectors: Consumer, Retail&Leisure, Technology, Media and B2B Services. Only in Poland in the last 12 months they supported our private equity  in around 20 projects through the deal lifecycle from thematic / asset origination, in-deal (CDD), value creation, to exit; out of these, 16 involved PSIK Members and their portfolio companies.
