DLA Piper advised on 17 projects with a total value exceeding EUR 835 million. The team has advised on some of the largest big-ticket transactions in the technology, media, heavy industry, healthcare and life sciences sectors. Among these projects was one VC transaction in Poland involving a current PSIK Full Member (GGPredict), which concluded with the signing of an agreement.
