Dominik Smykla has been working with the Dream Lab Foundation for 3 years. The Foundation supports families with children with disabilities, genetic defects and developmental disorders. The Foundation ensures the children receive medical and educational help and feel happy. It also helps parents with their child's care and nurturing, forms support groups, and assists in finding the best therapies. Dominik is working with the Foundation's leaders on financial stabilization, a strategy for attracting individual donors and a more effective structure for the organization.
